First created in 1892, Matsukita was inspired by a mythical Japanese princess who enchanted Queen Victoria’s court with her elegance at the end of the 19th century. Today Matsukita has been reimagined to capture that elusive elegance. A fresh opening of green bergamot, pink pepper and nutmeg leads into a woody, floral heart featuring imperial Chinese jasmine and black-tea smoked jasmine. An amber base whispers musky, woody notes for a warm, sensual finish. Mystery and grace are captured in this new fragrance.
