Return Policy

In accordance with articles L.121-20 and following of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 days from the date of delivery of the order to return any new and unworn product, in its packaging and in perfect condition (allowing for resale), to request a refund without penalty.

You can return your order online, or the items it contains, for an exchange or refund under the conditions described below, your statutory rights are not affected:

• Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Items must be unopened and in their original packaging.
• If you find that one of your products is defective or has been damaged, we invite you to follow the return procedure by contacting our customer service.

To make a return, please contact our customer service. Refunds are processed within 14 days following the receipt of your returned package. Once your refund is processed, you will receive a confirmation by email. Depending on your bank, the refunded amount will appear on your card or your Paypal account within 2 to 5 business days.

If you wish to cancel your order after it has been confirmed, please contact our customer service who will assist you in the process. Please note that you cannot cancel your order once it has been shipped. If you wish to exchange an item for another reference, we invite you to place a new order and return the original product by following the return procedure.
