Return and Refund Policy

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason or pay any penalty.

To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw before the expiry of the 14-day period, by an unambiguous statement (email to sav@fragrancepassion.fr or by mail to the address below). You may use the standard withdrawal form provided at the bottom of this page, although it is not mandatory.

After notification, you have a new period of 14 days to return the product to us.

Product condition and depreciation

You may examine the product as you would in a store. Your liability is engaged only in the event of depreciation resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the product.

Exception for hygiene reasons

In accordance with Article L.221-28 5° of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for sealed products that cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection and that have been unsealed after delivery. A perfume whose protective film (cellophane) has been removed therefore cannot be subject to withdrawal.

Refund

In the event of withdrawal, we will refund all sums paid, including standard delivery charges, no later than 14 days after being informed of your decision. We may defer the refund until the product has been recovered or until you have provided proof of shipment, the date retained being that of the first of these events.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used when placing the order. Depending on your bank, the amount may appear on your account within 2 to 5 business days.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Defective or non-compliant product

If the product received is defective or does not match your order, please contact our customer service. Return and reshipment costs will then be at our expense.

Legal warranties

Independently of any commercial warranty, you benefit from the legal warranty of conformity (Articles L.217-3 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code). In this context, you are exempt from providing proof of the existence of the lack of conformity during the 24 months following delivery of the product.
