Australian spring arrives, bringing dazzling dresses of yellow flowers to dress the bare golden acacias. Clouds with a soft honeyed scent, caught by the breeze, carry an invitation inland, where a flock of cockatiels joyfully resumes the celebration. Emerging from dusty nests, the birds are ready to preen and cavort. On a rickety stage of branches, bright crests vibrate to the rhythm of their merry songs. After a final encore, the flock takes flight. Descending into a neighboring field, they share a delightful brunch, buzzing with the thrill of their stunning recital.

The zoologist Cockatiel breathes joy. A sunny burst of yellow acacia offers a warm welcome. Dabs of raspberry and tart rhubarb suggest a hint of mischief, like a pair of rosy cheeks beneath a golden crest. Finally, soft notes of musk and vanilla envelop the vibrant Cockatiel, like downy feathers cushioning the boldness of this cheeky bird.

Zoologist Cockatiel was formerly known as "Powder and Dust", a fragrance created by Sven Pritzkoleit, released under his own label, SP Parfums. The perfume's creative director was Yana Lysenko. This fragrance won the Arts and Olfaction Awards 2019 in the Artisan category. In 2020, Sven closed his perfume business and sold the formula for Powder and Dust to Zoologist to continue its legacy.
