Fortunately, she knew the man who could turn this dream into reality: her father Olivier, a master perfumer behind some of the most famous fragrances on the planet, including the iconic Angel by Mugler, and recognized as the king of gourmand perfumes for many years.
Anais then shared her idea with her father, who was immediately won over by the concept. Together, father and daughter began exchanging ideas, stories, and finally fragrances.
Akro was born.
Love. Tattoo. Tobacco. Whiskey. Chocolate. Relaxation. Summer. Coffee. Cupcakes. Travel. Tea. Party. Happiness.
Irresistible pleasures. The muses of Akro, a bold and innovative perfume brand that captures the raw essence of thrills, intense shivers, and everyday pleasures.
Passion fruit and the creative genius of Master Perfumer Olivier Cresp and his avant-garde daughter Anais, this olfactory adventure stands out for its originality and authenticity.
Thanks to Olivier's mastery of fragrance and Anais's creativity, a collection of thirteen exceptional scents has been created, leaving a lasting impression with notes as unexpected as they are captivating: seaweed, hazelnut, cumin, whisky...
Each of these unconventional essences outlines the contour of an absolutely unique range, whose singularities Olivier has skillfully blended with top-quality ingredients from Firmenich, a prestigious perfumery house where he has been practicing his art since 1992.
About
Akro is rooted in the French Riviera and finds its origins in the city of Grasse, the birthplace of perfumery and the Cresp family, who have contributed to the evolution of this industry for generations.
The adventure began a few years ago when Anais Cresp, originally from Paris, decided to settle in London in search of adventure. Immersed in the heart of urban excitement, she discovered that everyone has their own daily addictions, little habits, small unwavering pleasures, and that it is these temptations that make life so precious.
Raised within the tradition of perfume, Anais realized that the scents associated with our little pleasures are just as essential as their effects. The aromas of cafes, bars, bakeries, vacations, and tattoo parlors are the true magnets that tirelessly draw us to these places.
Very quickly, Anais had an idea: these distinctive scents could be bottled and turned into perfumes. And maybe instead of classic perfume notes, we could wear our favorite pleasures on the skin.
Aware of the power of fragrances, Anais came up with the idea of a perfume line inspired by the pleasures and addictions of everyday life.
