Salum takes its name from Latin: a term that evokes the open sea, waves disappearing on the horizon, the freedom of travel. It is from this founding image that the house was born — an olfactory project designed as a sensory journey, where each fragrance becomes a road to follow.

Behind Salum is Massimiliano Minorini, an art director with extensive experience in the world of perfumery. With this house, he created something that deeply reflects who he is: a project at the intersection of design and the marine world, where olfactory notes become experiences to be lived rather than simple fragrances to wear.

The sea is at the heart of Salum’s identity — but it is not its only protagonist. Winds, scents, and landscapes surround it and enrich it. The house tells not only the story of water, but of everything around it: nature, atmospheres, the promise of still unexplored territories.
