N°7 - ROSENDO MATEU

Rosendo Mateu No. 7 has an especially delicate floral top note made of rose petals, which quickly melds into the perfume's heart notes. The star of this creation is patchouli, harvested in fields in Indonesia, where the leaves are dried and then moistened with water to ferment and be distilled for many hours in iron stills. The patchouli used by Rosendo Mateu in No. 7 is obtained by a molecular distillation process that produces the highest possible quality of this raw material. The heart notes consist of spicy and floral accords like jasmine, which is strongly highlighted with animalic nuances. The base notes are a blend of high-quality Laotian oud and Thai oud with Madagascar vanilla absolute and Siam benzoin.
