Giant lotus pads part to reveal buds breaking the surface of the jade-green pond. They lift their faces to the sun, their delicate scent drifting around them. In the shadow of the flowers, tiny dragonfly nymphs also emerge from the depths. They unfold their fragile wings and timidly take flight, ready to explore a world beyond the water. The shimmering paddies of nearby golden rice beckon the dragonflies. Their long trembling bodies flutter over the terraced slopes to alight on swaying stems, sparkling with sunlight captured in droplets on iridescent wings.

Like a lotus opening its petals, Zoologist Dragonfly unfolds into a rush of magnificent aquatic flowers. Notes of rice, powdery iris and mimosa diffuse through a shroud of lush greenery, beneath the intimate aroma of an approaching summer shower.
