This creation draws from mythology, where Iris, messenger of the gods, was cherished by Hera (Zeus's companion) because she brought only good news. She personifies the rainbow, also called the "scarf of Iris" by poets. Iris Fauve thus drapes the skin like a soft and reassuring veil; a sensual, spicy, multifaceted composition, sometimes smooth and powdery, sometimes more assertive, animalistic.
