It is 3 a.m. and that is the moment when you need courage, it is the moment when you feel alone and accept what you are facing; everything seems like an insurmountable mountain to you.
The heart beats fast, anxiety grows, you walk tirelessly around the room, you look outside, you see the streetlights with a few flickering bulbs, even they don't seem to be able to make it. Continuous flashes of darkness and light, darkness and light.
4:00 PM arrives, then 5:00 PM, and you stare into space until you hear the first chirping of the birds. The sun rises, there is noise in the street, and the huge mountain becomes smaller and smaller. It is 6:30 in the morning, you open the window to breathe in fresh air, and it is at that moment that the smell of coffee comes from a small bakery at the bottom of the street.
The mountain is no longer there. Because whether you like it or not, coffee marks the beginning of a new day everywhere in the world. The sun has risen, that smell of coffee gives me the strength to move forward and start my life over.
